Whether that means charging overhead shorebreak, throwing yourself above the lip, or just weaving your way through a crowded summer lineup, the Thumper is ready to take a beating and keep on cruising. The swallow tail design effectively extends the length of the board's rails, offering surfers enhanced drive, superb traction, and a quick release at the end of turns. The FCS-compatible quad-fin setup shines in hollow waves while remaining loose and maneuverable in weaker summer surf. The Thumper is constructed from an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam core with dual parallel stringers coated in fiberglass to provide surfers with the same flex patterns and performance they expect from traditional PU or epoxy surfboards. The top or deck of the board utilizes irradiation cross-linked polyethylene (IXPE) foam that's completely waterproof with ideal compression resistance. The bottom of the board glides across the water thanks to a durable layer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Each board includes fins and requires surf wax for grip. You can't call your quiver complete if it doesn't have a soft top fish from ISLE.
